   Statistics and estimates shown on this site — including unanswered-call percentages, examples of revenue lost to missed calls and revenue illustrations — are illustrative. They may rely on third-party industry data, our own modeling and assumptions about call volume, average job value and scheduling. They are not a forecast of your results. Individual results vary with your market, service area, pricing, season, staffing and how the service is used.

   Demo disclosure

   “Sunshine Air of Miami” is a fictional business used only to demonstrate how the AI front desk works. The demo line is a demonstration environment: nothing you say to it is a real service request. A call to the demo line — and any demo “booking” or confirmation message — does not create a real service appointment, a customer relationship or a contract, whether with Trendworth LLC or with any HVAC or plumbing company.

   Pricing and terms

   Prices shown on this site, including setup fees, monthly fees and any promotional offers, are indicative and may change. The final scope of services, pricing and terms are set out in a written agreement between the client and Trendworth LLC.

   Automated and AI systems

   Our services use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to answer calls, send text messages, qualify requests and schedule appointments. These systems can make mistakes, mishear a caller or miss information. Clients remain responsible for reviewing their bookings and the information captured on their behalf. Our service is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 911 or the relevant utility first.
